Swimmingpool

The pool is open from May to October and has paved area with beach umbrellas, deck chairs, green meadows with a gazebo for reading. The pan is 12x6 meters and has no areas with high water, to help them remain to beginners and children.
The water purification system is a salt, chlorine-free, water-saving and respecting nature. A robot is always working for the continuous cleaning of the bottom.
Inside the tub hydromassage nozzles are located.
The pool is not guarded, and therefore 'forbidden to leave children unattended, they are also prohibited the dips (the depth of the basin is 1.40 m).

Restaurant

The farm is equipped with indoor and outdoor spaces for breakfast and dinner (service reserved exclusively for guests).
La Pineta is typical Tuscan cuisine, with specialties of tradition and with a little 'inventive.
The menu, prepared by Erio, is fixed, but varies daily. The food is plentiful and the dishes well cared for. You start with appetizers, then top with homemade pastas and soups peasant seconds and grilled meat with vegetables or fresh baked, homemade cakes and fruit in season.

During the meal we will be happy to let you taste the wines we produce.
The raw materials used are mainly produced on the farm with organic farming methods (without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides) or purchased from local producers.

Here are some of our specialties: crostini, ricotta cake, panzanella, cake, chickpeas, ribollita, testaroli pesto, soup of farro, rags, rosemary pork, rabbit with pine nuts, balsamic vinegar chicken, turkey stuffing, pies figs, sweet chestnuts and homemade liqueurs Elisabetta.
The evening dinner is served at 8 pm, under a fresh air pergola, while breakfast is served indoor.
